Shrub Farm & Apple State Vinegar are powered by living cultures, local farms, and global flavors. We want what powers us to power you, too, which is why we've made it our life’s work to handcraft shrub with the most exceptional vinegar and fruits grown by exceptional farmers in the PNW and Maui.

At the heart of our shrub is our Apple State Vinegar - an organic, raw, apple cider vinegar that is not only 100% Washington State apples but also 20% stronger than other ACV with an amazing fresh apple flavor. We also donate 1% of all Shrub Farm and Apple State Vinegar's sales to three great nonprofits that are hard at work conserving wildlife and habitat in our oceans.
