Albert Einstein once said, “Life is like a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” Here at Shrub Farm HQ, we really love bikes (being from Bellingham, after all!). So we’ve taken Einstein’s words to heart and are excited to announce that we’re moving forward and expanding our product line to include not just shrub but also Apple State Vinegar! 
What is Apple State Vinegar, exactly? Well, it’s a raw organic apple cider vinegar that’s made from 100% organic, 100% delicious, 100% Washington State apples. We are the Apple State, after all.
