That’s where shrub comes in! This Shrub Ranch has the digestive health benefits of raw apple cider vinegar, plus a huge helping of flavor thanks to herbs. And the recipe is super flexible - don’t like dried parsley? Skip it in favor of some fresh green onions. You can really make this one your own. We like using it as a salad dressing over crisp Romaine lettuce or as a dip for carrots.
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or Veganaise
1 tbsp. shrub (try Ginger and Apple!)
Dash of salt and pepper
Pinch of your favorite dried herbs (we like dill, parsley, and chives)
Pinch of garlic or onion powder
Mix all the ingredients well. Dip carrots and celery and enjoy the crunch!
