Caribbean meets Cascade in this easy-drinking, sweet cocktail. The rum is freshly pressed in Brazil from pure sugarcane, and it has slight citrus notes, pairing well with two of our Shrubs. Drink alongside some fresh grilled prawns or fish for additional South American flair.
1 1/2 oz Cabana Cachaça Rum
1/2 oz Raspberry and Citrus Shrub
1/2 oz Ginger and Apple Shrub
1/8 oz lime juice
In a Collins glass filled with ice, add rum, shrub(s), and lime juice. Top with sparkling water and stir with a sugarcane stick for a garnish.
