This cocktail is refreshing, a little tart, and healthy! The raspberries in the shrub are grown organically in Skagit Valley and their local flavor is further enhanced by sparkling water and fresh lime juice. And while it’s best enjoyed in the summer sunshine, this cocktail can be enjoyed all year long, since raw apple cider vinegar is shelf stable (plus full of digestive health benefits).
1 oz Raspberry and Citrus Shrub
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice. Add shrub, vodka, and lime juice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime slice.
