This is a sweet, bright drink fit for a queen or king. The Riesling and gin add add elegant, easy-drinking vibes, and a home-made honey syrup smooths everything out. Our shrub keeps things from veering too sweet, plus adds digestive health benefits thanks to ginger and raw apple cider vinegar.
1.5 oz Dry Gin
3/4 oz Ginger and Hawaiian Chili Shrub
1 oz Dry Riesling
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
Start by adding all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. 1.5 oz Dry Gin, 3/4 oz Ginger and Hawaiian Chili Shrub, 1 oz Dry Riesling, 1/2 oz honey syrup and 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake well, 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass.
To make honey syrup add equal part honey and water to a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stir. Let cool before use.
