Ginger Farm Punch
Ingredients (serves 6)
6 cups filtered water
2 tbsp. quality black tea (we prefer Earl Grey!)
1/4-2/3 cup Ginger and Hawaiian Chili Shrub
Boil water. Turn off the heat and add tea. Let steep for approx. 5 minutes. Use a mesh strainer to remove loose tea. Let the tea cool to room temperature. Add shrub, tasting as you go until you reach a balance you like. Add ice to glasses and fill with punch. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and add a shot of bourbon if you’re feeling feisty.
